Self-inflicted harm is a serious and growing problem among young people. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Self-Inflicted harm is the second leading cause of death for individuals between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. This alarming statistic highlights the need for increased awareness and support for mental health issues among our youth.
