After a self inflicted gun shot attempt on his life at the age of 16, Hank realized that he had the opportunity for a second chance. He now understands the importance of taking care of your mental health and is committed to sharing that with others, especially our youth. Now, Hank has dedicated his career to help students overcome challenges through engaging keynotes and interactive workshops. Hank speaks at conferences and school campuses internationally in order to build up our future leaders of tomorrow. Through engaging story-telling and heartfelt messages, he will leave your audience feeling inspired to take on life's challenges and be more resilient. Professional Life

Instead of giving up, Hank learned resilience, hard-work and dedication by allowing his story to drive him instead of keep him down. One year after surviving & recovering from his self inflicted gun shot incident, Hank started selling Cutco knives at 17 years old. Hank went on to become one of the top 25 student sales representative in the nation among 10,000 others. Hank was awarded, twice, the winner of the Cutco All American award and broke records for selling a half a million dollars worth of kitchen knives, door to door, as a full time student. Hank graduated from Business school at the University Pittsburgh and took his sales success to San Francisco where he’d join the technology consulting industry.

Hank spent the next several years working with technology executives at fortune 100 firms such as, Bank of America and Charles Schwab, where he took on a technology consulting role and advised leaders on undertaking various company wide software development initiatives and infrastructure projects. Now with an accumulative 10 years of sales and consulting experience across 5 different industries, Hank uses his expertise and knowledge to advise a wide array of companies with his own consulting practice, Beasley Sales Consulting.
